Locking Structure: Cam lock or screw lock system is recommended to ensure stable connection and strong anti-vibration performance, avoiding loosening caused by train operation. 

Protection Level: IP54 or above for general scenarios; IP66/IP67 for outdoor or wet environments (such as coastal areas) to prevent dust and water intrusion. 

Anti-misinsertion Design: Precise positioning structure and anti-misinsertion design are required to avoid circuit faults caused by wrong connection, ensuring compatibility between different connectors. 

Structural Type: Single-core or multi-core modular design is adopted; single-wall shell structure is sufficient for most scenarios, and reinforced structure is optional for high-current power connectors.
